Shipping policy

Our standard processing times are 3-5 working days from order, however due to health and other time constraints this may be longer please check the banner on the top of the website. This enables us to make anything we do not already have in stock. Most shipments are processed before this time.

Our office days are Tuesdays - Saturdays with us only being able to post mail on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation to notify you of your order leaving us. Please note that shipping costs also include our packaging fees.

UK orders.

Our standard shipping is with Royal Mail second class, and as of July 2025 second class mail delivery days have changed to every other day on a two week cycle. If you need your mail faster than this please selected first class or a tracked service. 

Please note if you selecet a tracked/express service this does not mean your order will be dispatched sooner if you need this please reach our via email, or instagram. 

International Orders

Royal Mail suggest that it could take up to 7-10 business days, but can be up to 21 days if you are in the US or Canada.

If your order has not arrived 12 business days after receiving confimation please contact us on shop@lellybean.co.uk

Please note if you have selected a standard shipping method, these orders cannot be tracked. We are unable to refund missing/lost orders as this method is not insured. 

For my US customers: (From 29th August) Please be aware that regardless of value, your order may have import duties plus carrier or customs processing fees (typically $10–$30 as i am in the UK).

Custom fees and duties are the buyers responsibility, i am not responsible for delays due to customs.
